We know that maintaining optimal oral health care is a priority for you and your family. We also understand that dental care today can be costly. This program is offered to patients and families who are not currently enrolled in a dental insurance plan.
This program increases access to quality dental care for ALL children.
Infant/Toddler Plan
- Two Dental Check-Up Exams Per Year
- Two Fluoride Varnish Treatments Per Year
- Bonus: One Emergency Exam Per Year
- Bonus: 15% OFF Any Treatment Needs (excluding Sedation Procedures)
Child Plan
- Two Dental Check-Up Exams Per Year
- Two Fluoride Varnish Treatments Per Year
- All Necessary Preventative X-Rays (including Panoramic X-Ray)
- Bonus: One Emergency Exam Per Year
- Bonus: 15% OFF Any Treatment Needs (excluding Sedation Procedures)
Teen/Orthodontic Plan
- Two Dental Check-Up Exams Per Year
- Four Dental Cleanings Per Year
- Four Fluoride Varnish Treatments Per Year
- All Necessary Preventative X-Rays (including Panoramic X-Ray)
- Bonus: One Emergency Exam Per Year
- Bonus: 15% OFF Any Treatment Needs (excluding Sedation Procedures)
Sealant Plan
Must be enrolled in the Smiles for Miles Program to qualify. This plan covers sealant placement on all primary molars and secondary premolars and molars.
